Whether or not a D200 was used, it's an egregious example of a bulky, boxy '60s-era type of design, fitting with the script's back story and readily apparent in what can be seen of the truck on screen. Smoke stacks in the "Supernatural" truck are not in the D200's specs, but could have been added in preparing for filming (and, within the storyline, as part of a very radical "hot rod" modification by the villain). However, the four headlights (not counting two on a bar) and the grill's shape are right for a 1963 Dodge D200, notably featured (with a striking quality of menace) in the opening scene of National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation. So, the show's creators were clearly going for a mysterious or "generic" truck. Where there appears to be a place for a name or logo on the grill, it seems to be missing. The truck is made up and shot in a way that no indications of make are visible.
